As a Realtor® since 2001, and a customer service provider all my adult life, I have the sales experience it takes to confidently represent first time buyers, seasoned sellers, and savvy investors. I am a member of the California Association of Realtors®, as well as the National Association of Realtors®, and MLSListings. In addition, I am currently serving my sixth term on the San Benito County Association of Realtors® Board and recently served as President for our local association in 2018. I take great pride in being a Realtor® and believe that being an active member of these associations is essential to my business, as it allows me the opportunity to more expertly serve my clients, as well as fight for and protect the property rights of homeowners.  

I find tremendous value in attending real estate related educational seminars and statewide conferences. Attending such events has allowed me to gain the knowledge and skills required to diligently represent my clients and give them the top-notch service they deserve. To be of better service to my senior clients and their families, I hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation which provides me with the right tools to assist my senior buyers and sellers throughout their transaction and beyond their sale. This level of professionalism has awarded me the upmost confidence and respect from my fellow agents, which adds to smoother real estate transactions for my clients. 

I am committed to building and keeping strong relationships with my clients and becoming the agent they can confidently refer to their friends and family. Communication is key to a successful real estate transaction. While working together my clients can expect weekly updates as to the status of their transaction. My relationship with my clients grows even stronger after the close, and throughout the years, making me their ‘Agent for Life’. 

I am a life-long resident of San Benito County, and a wife and mother of three wonderful young adults.  I am a big believer in giving back and donate a portion of all my commissions to “Smile Train”, an international charity very near and dear to my heart, that has provided free cleft surgery for underprivileged children in 87 countries.
