Donna works so hard for her clients. She never gets discouraged, or if she does, it doesn't show. She is patient and energetic and great with kids. We love our new home and refer anyone we know who is looking to buy or sell a home.

There were many desicisons to consider when deciding to purchase our first home. One decision being which realtor to choose in a sea of so many. It was important for us to work with someone who would make themselves available when needed, as we live such busy lives. I purchased my first home in 2009. Donna Silva was my realtor. She made the entire process easy for me. She was very knowledgeable on multiple programs for first time home buyers and also programs through local banks/lenders that I was eligible for. She had a great team that she works with who are super friendly and helpful. Donna herself is such an awesome, fun, caring person who you cannot help but become friends with right away. She is so professional and is always available by phone or email. I never had to wait more than a few hours at the most to hear back from her when I had questions.

At one point in the process I went to check out the home I was planning on purchasing and the water heater had broken and flooded the kitchen. Even though I was purchasing foreclosure home, Donna fought to get the water heater replaced and got an additional amount for me to replace the flooring as well. She will fight to get her clients what they need and she was willing to always go above and beyond.

Since then my brother has also purchased a home through Donna. I recommend her anytime I hear someone is looking to purchase since I know that they will have a wonderful experience if they go through her. My husband and I are looking to purchase in the next two years and there is no doubt Donna will be my realtor for all my future purchases.
